We are currently working on Master Planning for a large scale, multi-million-dollar expansion project that will significantly alter the current footprint and redefine our identity in the senior living market.
We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our one-of-a-kind non-profit organization.
This candidate will possess the appropriate marketing skills and experience to support the Director of Sales & Marketing in carrying out the marketing activities and initiatives for our organization.
The successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in multi-media platforms and databases.
Attention to detail, planning and strong analytical and organizational skills are a must! In addition, the candidate should be passionate about wanting to make a positive difference in peoples' lives.
Your essential duties will include some of the following:
Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing Respond to new inquiries from the website Assist in planning for marketing events for prospective residents Maintain website and have knowledge of wordpress Manage social media and eblasts Create ads and direct mail pieces Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports Required Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:
Bachelor's degree:
Major or Minor in marketing, and/or communications or proven equivalent work experience.
At least 2
years' experience in marketing or related professional services Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively.
Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continuous improvement A strong eye for visual composition Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage several projects at a time.
Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
2 -year minimum Graphic design experience with Adobe Suite using Illustration, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva Experience with social media management WordPress experience Photography and Videography Your essential duties will include some of the following:
Create and publish content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to engage with our target audience.
Help develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality content is published.
Ensure all marketing collateral is visually appealing, consistent with our brand identity, and adheres to established guidelines.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
