The Procurement Training Team's mission is to provide training to all new hire Buyers for the organization and to provide training and communication to the full Buying organization.
The Supply Chain Resource Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Training team in the day to day activities it takes to coordinate the new hire training program, ensure training to all Buyers is scheduled, and to coordinate overall department hiring needs.
This position provides the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while gaining experience and exposure to all aspects of the Supply Chain Organization's team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building Facility coordination of special events, issues, and other requests Maintain and Coordinate submittal of D330 Buyer onboarding program materials (hardware, activation, software tickets, and paper training materials) Coordinate yearly and required trainings for the Supply Chain Organization Coordinate Training and mentorship for New Hire D330 Buyers Coordinate training rooms and resources for the Supply Chain Organization Manage team calendar and SCO training email Schedule tours Support SCO training tasks (monitoring metrics and website update requests) Act as liaison for follow up/progress status for ongoing projects Guide New Buyers to correct POCs (HR, legal, mailroom, security) Coordinate efforts for approvals for trainings that require SME signoff Coordinate D330 resourcing, hiring, and manpower planning
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree 3
years of experience within a project management, training development, or teaching role where coordination of information and or resources were managed Strong computer skills including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with data input and accuracy Preferred:
Administrative experience Human Resource experience Project Management experience Procurement experience Training development and/or Teaching experience Skills:
Strong partnership and communication skills Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management Must be able to learn and adapt quickly to a demanding environment Must possess excellent organizational/facilitation skills Must be able to effectively/technically communicate verbally as well as in writing with all levels of the organization Possess excellent time management skills Must be task oriented as well as be able to prioritize multiple tasks Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
